I find it hard to believe your serious how else would you go back or do bookmarks? You are eather putting us on or you need some help. Try clicking on those icons with a stylus, if not go to verizon and they can help you or if nessasary give you a new phone.
No..........I'm dead serious. Maybe once out of a dozen times it works but not with any regularity. With an earpiece on I can hear the clicks but nothing happens.
Sounds like you need to recalibrate your touch screen. Use a stylus to do this and touch the absolute center of the targets. Its under settings, touch settings
That's what I've been doing the last few minutes. I went through the things I had done to the phone since I got it and the only thing that made sense was the screen calibration. So now it works as it should. Thanks for the thoughts.
