New Versa user on Telus. Help?

Hey all!

So I just got my LG versa from Telus Canada, and there's a lot of restrictions on it, like not custom ringtones and what not.

I downloaded some drivers, but they still don't work. I'm assuming those drivers were for the verizon Versa only.

Any tips on what I can do to play around with this phone?

P.S. Bitpim only detects Verizon Versa, not Telus...

I did that before. this is all i got in an "exception" box.
