I Recently turned off haptic feedback and its greatly improved my battery life. I don't miss the vibrate when I touch at all. The sound does a better job telling when I have touched. It also seems to improve the performance of the flick gesture to scroll web pages and menus. Has anybody tried this and had similar results?
Its under Touch Settings> Vibrate Level> set it to off.

Agreed.

Thanks for clarifying to set vibrate level to off.

I have no clue what setting vibrate on or off right below does. I've yet to see it affect anything.

Do you mean vibrate effect? It seems to be subtle but it changes the vibrate for hapic feedback from a strait
VIBRATE to a changing intensity VIbraTE. If that makes any sense.
