faster way to text

in phone settings there is an option for keyboard shortcut.. text, notepad and off.
set to text (this will only work if the keyboard is attached) if u open the case and start typing anything on the keyboard it will automatically bring u to the txt screen. finish ur text and add the name or number in their appropriate fields.. i find this VERy helpful..

if u set the shortcut to notepad then anything u type immediately after opening the phone, will bring u to the notepad screen..

Wow, that is a real time-saver.  Another reason to keep the keyboard attachment on.  I'm also afraid of scratching my expensive screen.   

I use this feature for every text I write. I hate pecking throught menus thats why I love the versa and all its shortcuts!
