LG Versa - Email Glitch?

Email Glitch?

I signed up to thei site last night using a Yahoo account. When checking emails this morning, I saw the welcome message. When I opened it, the screen was blank. I thought I had froze, but I was able to go back to the inbox. When I did, the Welcome email was gone. I can't log into Yahoo here at work so I can't tell if it is really there or it got deleted. Any thoughts on what happened?
I found the message in the Spam folder when I got home. Can't understand how or why the browser did this.

try signing off from your phone and on the computer-than try signing on the computer

I think it was a 1-time fluke. On the computer, I moved the LG-Versa message back to inbox. I then opened it with no problem on the phone.
