Stumbled across this on the lg-dare forum while looking for something else. New to me although I guess I knew the capability was there. This technique dials your voicemail and enters your password for you automaticly.

Go to inbox>  the dots with lines> settings> Voicemail #>
Change it from the default *86 to *86pp#yourvoicemailpassword#

The P's are two second pauses, you need two. Add two second pauses by going to the dots with lines and select two second pause.
This just worked so well I had to share even though it is not versa specific. I think everybody has said at one time or another that they hate entering their password every time so here ya go.

Note* By dots with lines I mean the .____ Button. Located in the top right corner of many menu's.

Yeah I used this on my ENV.  I hate typing the password and this works great.  I think you've been able to do this for a long time on most phones but I never thought to post it here because I've been using it for a couple of years.  But you're right most might not know you can do this or exactly how to do it...

Great One this is!

You need to enter a 2 second pause twice. They show up as "P". To add a 2 second pause go to the menu dots with lines button in top right and select 2 second pause. Hope this clears things up.

My gosh!  Thank you so much for that!  I have been thinking ever since I got this phone with the touchscreen how nice it would be to not have to enter the password every time I call voicemail, which is a lot.
Thanks again. Smiley

On my mom's LG (Model?) if you are in the edit voicemail# screen and there is a lower left menu "add", that gives you the two second pause option. Took me a few minutes to figure that out.

To get to the edit voicemail# you go to messages, settings, voicemail#
