Well here it is in all its glory!
I was beginning to think that Verizon would never offer a screen protector for the Versa.
I tried the Invisible Shield by Zagg, but I overpaid for a product that I wasn't happy with at all.
I gave it a few days, but just couldn't get used to it.
I found a few on ebay, etc., but you never know what you are getting and how well it works.
With my Voyager, I absolutely loved the screen protector I bought through Verizon.
I've tried using the universal ones, but you have to cut them down and once you do that, the "cut-side" rolls slightly, preventing those edges from adhering 100%, so you get bubbles that won't go away. (Trust me, I've tried and tried and tried to get it perfect, but had minimal success). The best luck I've had with cutting-down protectors is to use a flat hard surface and an Exact-o knife.
Since March/April, I have been using one I got from Target that is made for a Garmin.
Unfortunately, I had to cut it down to size and it scratches pretty easily, but it has been decent overall.
Occasionally, I stop in one of the two closest Verizon stores to see if they have any new accessories, and I always ask them to check & see if they have any screen protectors, specifying “not the universal ones.”
There have been a couple of times where I got my hopes up, only to be let down by an ignorant salesperson.
I started to give up on the idea that Verizon would ever offer one, especially since after only a week of the release of the Env Touch and Env 3, my local stores have had dozens of those screen protectors in stock.
Last night, however, look what I found and almost sh** myself:

As promised, here is the Product ID: LG96003PKSP
(Hopefully you can order one for yourself using this proof)

As with all accessories through Verizon, the screen protectors are not made by LG or Verizon, but by a third party. However, the accessories bought through Verizon are typically far superior. These are made by a familiar manufacturer, USA Wireless Solutions.
As I had hoped, this product does have a cut-out for both the earpiece speaker and the sensor.
I have yet to apply it, but will be doing so today and I’ll keep you all posted on its durability/longevity, etc.
. . . . . with this recent discovery, who knows, maybe there will be new modules available in the future
