I am Nicholas Garrett; aka Snapback from thereformed.org(hack-net.com's new home). I am a known hacker and recognized guru of mobile/cellular techknow. I can't justify copying and pasting 150 posts on this one forum in order to share my findings and learn from other people's findings and share info. I would suggest keeping all info open and free. Information is for everyone. Just my two cents. By the way, congrats on snagging this domain with perfect timing. Also congratulations.... Capn Crunch himself has visited this site as well.

What do you mean? If you want to share, you can always put it on the open boards. Pro members would get the mod/hack board, but if I see that you have vast knowledge of the phone and modding it (Wink) then I can get you in. It would be nice if you could get up to 150 poss though, because that would mean that you like to help the community.

What I mean by sharing, I was under the assumption that this "Pro Member" forum was to be exclusive, hence non-members would be excluded from discussions regarding useful information about the "mod/hack board;" which I assume is a forum category that is only accessible to specific groups(or pithy rank names) added by a forum administrator at will.

Like I said: it was only a suggestion. Its your forum, your domain, your dollar. Run it like you feel like running it. I in fact encourage and support that. If you decide to require 150 posts, go for it. I won't be a qualifier, but if that's how it works, then that's how it works.

As far as whether or not I have vast knowledge; Feel free at anytime to question my knowledge or pick my brain about cellular technology. I love answering questions about stuff I play with. I know to every detail about cellular technology, phone programing languages, frequencies, and currently hold the source code for the software that most phones use, and also just "acquired"  the source code of the LG Versa. Hopefully my studies will prove to further relieve the strain put on all of the MTSO's and greatly quicken tasks assigned to cell towers and maybe even eliminate the hard line relays which cause so many dropped calls!

You mean take a print screen of me logged into an alternative forum that contains over 150 posts with my username, playfair cyphered password, and info in the address bar? Sure!........

Still writing and testing mods and code; nothing useful yet except being able to change the sounds of the voices by 3 octaves up and down, and making the touch screen turn red. I got the phone about 5 days ago and didn't mess with verizon phones such as the Dare and Voyager so I'm still messing around with it. Most of my work has been on HTC iPhones, radio devices, and blackberry devices.
