Free - Online GIF/JPG Editor

After visiting the wallpaper portion of this site I downloaded a couple of animated .gif files.
The problem is that these .gif files are sized for the Dare.
I found this site for editing and enhancing the files:

There are several others out there, but I found this one to be very easy to use and best of all, you don't have to download anything.
Now, my wallpapers are full screen (240x480) and animated!
