Problems with syncing music from Windows media player 11.

When trying to sync several Playlists, usually stops and have to resync.   Some Playlists will not sync (do not show up on the Dare) but the songs do.  Only a couple of album art files display. Marked and deleted the songs but still had Playlists on the Rhapsody and Dare tabs.  Found and deleted the Rhapsody .vpl files, but there is a Playlist file on the Dare tab that says File is not supported or cannot be read.

How can I reset this thing and start over?  I'm feeling pretty frustrated and dumb.

And then is it possible to use Windows Media Player v 11 to correctly transfer over playlists, songs and associated album art?

Thanks much in advance.

Okay. So I contacted Verizon today. I had the same problem. They told me I had 2 options: Go to the VZW store, and get it "FLASHED", meaning updated, and then download VCast Music Manager with Rapsody to transfer music, or the best way to do it was to go to Windows Media Player, and plug in the phone. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER VERSION 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is the only the way it will work. So I plugged it in, and it worked! Go to the sync tab, and transfer the music. Don't worry about the driver stuff. Ignore it. Hope it works.
