I got my Versa a few months ago. I started having problems with the small screen on the keyboard. It does not go off when I get a message. I came here to see if I could find an answer to that.

I also have a problem using voice command with a Bluetooth device. When an email notification comes in and displays on the screen, my bluetooth device will no longer activate the voice prompts without clearing the message on the screen.

I spent time on the Verizon forum and the LG forums but after 20 minutes here I found more into than either of those two.

as far as the voice commands go try having your email forwarded to your phone via text message by going into your email settings online and forward to your#@vzwpix.com. works for me and that way you could have your phone immediatly read the text to you when it comes in.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I would rather not get any notifications on screen, event text messages. I have shut off email notifications all together. It seems once a message is displayed on the screen voice command activation cannot start. I would think that voice command activation would clear the sceen of any other message.
