Hey, just go my versa last week and love it, except for it speaks the numbers as I enter them. Need to determine how to turn that off.

welcome. try setting your phone to "vibrate only" or "silent" and see if that helps (on left, simply hit down a few times till either the 2nd green bar for vibrate or no green bars for silent. if the problem cant be resolved (im looking for a solution) i would call verzion for some professional help (dial 611)

Thanks for the suggestion. I did notice that vibrate turns off those spoken key presses, but I'd like to not have them on even when the phone is not on vibrate. I'll call verizon and post if I find a way to do this.

Go to your Settings menu, then Phone Settings, then Voice Commands. The setting may be in there.
