Hi I'm new to the site and the phone. Figuring things out as I go and this site has been really helpful. Wondering if there is a good way to get tv shows and movies to download and put on the phone? I can get youtube vids but I want some real stuff to watch.

I don't know of any place were you can download movies to play on your phone. I do know that if you have a movie/video on your computer you can convert the video to 3GP. 3GP works on cell phones. Just search google for a free converter. If you have dvd's that you want to put on your phone that process is longer and requires more programs, again use google to search for how to do that.

You can download movies at a number of web sites. There is a huge collection available at PirateBay.com that can be downloaded using Bit-Torrent. If you need to convert them for your phone, there are also many free programs available. AVS Video Converter is a very good one that can convert from and to many formats. Windows Medie Video (WMV) files, as well as MP$ and others can be played on the Versa. Good Luck.

"Super" also works very well to convert your movies. I just wish the versa would play the movies at full screen like my Voyager did. That to me is going backwards in technology.

Hulu has a bunch of tv shows. Unfortunately it does not work on the Versa although from what I read about it on some sites is that most mobile browsers cant.

So maybe you can get some shows from there
