How to play music on my sd card with the player?

so did you put it in the my music folder? pc or mac? can you see the music files with the phone? Was this card taken from another phone? A shure fix would be to back up the files, reformat the card, make shure the files are n the correct format and put the music back in the my music folder on the sd card.
Good luck! You could also sync your phone through WMP that works well for a more visual method of adding music.

I had originally put my music files in the My Sounds folder and the music player wouldn't show any music on there.  When I realized this, I moved everything to My Music and it was golden.  I would definitely check to make sure you have the files in the correct location.
