How do you know if games are applicable with the touchscreen? I downloaded verizon solitaire and it won't let me play it without the keyboard.  Then I downloaded Tetris and that only works without the keyboard

There really isn't anything in that thread as of yet. Wouldn't it be more beneficial to this forum to start a thread like this here to provide needed information, rather then to forward people away from lg-versa.org?

That's the point. If anyone wants this forum to grow, you post things here, not forward them to other sites.

I agree. Also why would you post games that work on the LG Versa on a site not dedicated to the phone?

Makes since to me also to make a topic here just for versa games and how they are played.
1. Landscape or portrait mode (or both)
2. Does the game work with the game controller
3. Does the game use the accelerometer or not
4. Is the game fun or does it just suck!!

Be nice to know before you download a game that doesn't work like you want it to.

I have these games on my phone:
Monopoly here and now: Fun game, works off accelerometer, works limited with game controller
Need for speed: Fun Game, works off of accelerometer and game controller
Pacman: Fun game, works off of accelerometer and game controller

I have tried some other games also to see if they work with the game controller:
mx vs atv
fox motorcross
dirt off road racing
tiger woods golf
midnight pool
hunting unlimited big game
cars radiator springs

I've deleted these games and got credit for them since they didn't work with the game controller.

Cars radiator springs was the only other game that I could find out of all of these that works with the game controller.

That is true. Maybe if we had topics that interested more people, then maybe those people would post some. This forum is kinda small, but it's growing. It's gone past 400 people. The thing is that not many of those 400+ people are actually active on the forum. If you'r really interested in this maybe you could post it in the site suggestions?

How is Tiger Woods? I've been thinking about downloading it but haven't yet.

Is it at least in full screen? Does it work with the keyboard?

2009 Tiger Woods is a touch screen game (does not work with the key board or the game controller). It is played in portrait mode. I had this game on my phone at one time, it is a ok game but the touch screen controls are alittle small and kinda hard to use. I used to have the 2008 tiger woods game on my voyager and it was a great game and very easy to use since it used the keyboard to work the game and it was played in the landscape mode. (you can't get the 2008 Tiger Woods game for the Versa)

I think that if the game has directional arrows next to it in the get it now menu then you can use the game controller.
