Is there any possible way to dev emulators for the versa

I understand that Verizon goes to great lengths to prevent its users from doing anything awesome on their phones without buying directly from Verizon, but this phone is made for an emulator with the gamepad attachment.    The modules are what sold me on the phone opposed from a more customizable friendly OS based phone.  I have read, disappointingly, that this phone cannot run Jar apps either, because it uses BREW opposed to J2ME, or Java or whatever...  can anyone explain to my why such things cannot be made to work with BREW or why Java cannot be unlocked or installed...   there must be some possible way to do something similar to an iphone Jailbreak...  with the potential in the Modules..  it would be a shame to not find a way.. I have the Gamepad and if only I could have a SNES Emulator. I would be in heaven...   any thoughts..  tech savvy members, please give me your best ideas... THERE MUST BE A WAY!

umm basically not unless we have a really good hacker.

however if it comes out on another provider with java enabled then there are ways to get that firmware and port it to verizon without way too much effort.
