So far, I have had success with the following:

Download the .swf file from the website.

Open BitPim and browse through your phone.

Under the Flash/UI folder, you will see your World Clock and EZ Tip Calculator.

I recommend backing up one of those to your computer and then renaming your game's .swf file to match the name of one of those files.

Copy the game (with the new name) over to your phone and now when you run whichever program you replaced, it will be the game.

See this thread for more info:

Text TUT for using BitPim to replace EZ tip and world clock with Games!

1. first you have to connect your Versa to your pc and open bitpim. When it asks for which phone chose the Vx9600 Versa

2. Click the magnifying glass and click ok on the two small windows that pop up then click on view>view file systems

3. There should be a secondary window in the middle that has a icon that says  "/" click on it and it  should load a menu, this takes a min or two.

4.Once it loads go down and click on the plus sign by the folder labeled "flash" and then click on the plus sign by the UI folder, then the tools folder.

5. Now you will have to choose witch you want to replace, the world clock or ez tip calculator.

6b. Click on tools, and right click the one you want to replace and save it to a folder in case you want the tool again don't skip this step

7. Now take the flash game you want to transfer to your phone and rename it to the name of the tool you just backed up. Make sure its named the exact same name that the app you want to replace is (minus the .swf) so if you are replacing "worldclockType1port" rename the game to "worldclockType1port" and drop it in the tools folder
Now You must also rename that same game to "worldclocktype1land" so it will play in both portrait and lanscape mode and not freeze your versa. once renamed put the game in the tools folder so now Worldclocktype1port and worldclocktype1land are the same file with different names in the tools folder.
Repeate process for eztip.

Tips:
Don't erase original files! Save them Both and keep them in the folder with your games.
Sometime games don't play the first time you install them and reinstalation of the game is the only fix.

If you are talking about the website, you have to isolate the .swf from the site you are visiting.  If you look at the source code for the website and search for "embed" you will find the link where they call the swf file to be loaded into the website. Copy down that address into your address bar and go to that page.  Save that file and it save as a .swf

if you're using firefox you may want to pick up an addon called download embedded

it makes it easier to download embedded swf files.
