Hello since I got the versa I have ben paying with the camera alot. I am a profesional photographer and as one I would never expect quality images to come from a cellphone. so imagine my surprise when I started getting great macro like images. The autofocus seems to focus untill one inch away, creating great images of flowers, insects and anything small. The Bokeh sucks so does the focus and resolution but it is amazing for a cellphone! I would appreciate any help getting these images from my online album or computer to this post!

I always go to tinypic.com all you have to do is click browse and you can find which photo in your computer you want to upload, after you upload it, you'll be taken to another page that gives you different ways to post it, like for forums, websites, e-mails, and as URLs. here's an example that it works: i saved that to my computer than uploaded it through tiny pic, it's very fast and easy! i use it all the time! and it's free and you don't need an account!

if you have a yahoo account just sign into flikr.com with it.
gamedude47 gave nice advice for uploading pictures that you don't really care if they are kept for long term or in an album state.
with photo sites if you want an album you'll need an account.

If those are pictures from the camera on the Versa, I am quite impressed. They look very crisp! Did you change any settings on the camera to take those pictures?

+1 . . . not bad at all. You must have had pretty good lighting too because my indoor photos never look that good.

Thanks. Shot with the versa, I actualy have pictures of all of the texas wildflowers on my versa! The macro capabilitys camera that the AF allows are great relatively. Should I post more? The problem with cellphone cameras is that the lens is small, that means it lets less light in than say those giant lenses you see on the sidelines at sports games. Thats why you see blur in most photos taken with cellphones. What you can do to prevent blur and get good results like the ones above is Prevent camera shake, stabilize the camera in low light/indoor try putting one knee down and the camera hands elbow on your knee thats up. Stabilization is Key look at pro photogs at work they use tripods or monopods, you on the other hand must improvise! Shoot outdors in direct sunlight watch out for shadows! Shooting in direct sunlight forces the camera to shoot at a higher speed witch prevents blur and increses Bokeh(background blur) but on the downside limits depth of focus or depth of field(how much is in focus) Give it a shot! let's see what you can do with your MACRO camera phone.

Settings are the highest res, flash on and smart pic, I don't know wht is does but it seems to increase the ratio of good shots to bad.

Dude I just kinda explained why some or for the most part all cameras suck inside, there is not enough light/there lenses are too small!
