voice prompts with blue tooth

Does anyone use the voice prompts with a bluetooth headset. I thought that handsfree means that you can make a phone call using a bluetooth headset without having to touch the phone. LG tech support says it cannot be done on any LG phone.

Of course you can make a call with the earpiece. You don't need to touch the phone. Just push the button on the earpiece, after the prompt say the name or nmber and wait for an answer.

lulu836 does your phone access voice commands all the time. Will it access VC when you have a message on the screen that says missed call or text message. I think not. IF you do, you have the only phone that will. This is an important function for me and it does not work half the time.
