I am on my 3rd phone. When I go on the web and go to www.sports.yahoo.com the page starts loading and gets about 80% done and then the phone freezes up.

I then have to take the battery out and put it back in and restart the phone.

The techs at the the store keep ordering me a new phone. It's obvious if every one of them does this it has to be a software problem.

Anybody else have similar problems or any advice. The techs just say they never heard of this problem. Shocked

Try it without the "www"
I entered "sports.yahoo.com" after "http://" and it works fine for me.
I tried "www.sports.yahoo.com" and it also worked with no problems, but I noticed that it redirected and removed the "www"
Maybe the redirect is what your phone is locking up on.

I tried everything. I dropped my phone off at the Verizon Store at 4:30 they worked on it for 2 and a half hours and it still does it.

They gave me phone #4 and have issued a trouble ticket.
