I tried to update to v03 but no go. How long do you think before they do an update with a major overhall. Where can we gripe directly to them about things that need to be fixed?

I don't know how you can tell them things you want fixed but I don't think the update is out just yet. Plus I think the phone will have to be taken to the store to be updated.

Capable yes. Doesn't mean verizon will use it, their current track record shows they don't.

Installed V03 via BitPim and everything is working perfect. I'm not noticing a huge difference, but I can tell subtle improvements in touch sensitivity. The reminder lock-up issue hasn't happened yet either.

Version7 is out now.  I tried searching for it online with no luck.  Luckily, my Versa is still under warranty so the upgrade was free.  This solved the locking up issue.

i have the update but i can't do it with the cable is the only way sice is a hacked phone i don't have internet and it says unregister phone. can you help me out?
