DELETING LOCKED MESSAGES

So does anyone else have a problem with the phone automatically deleting LOCKED drafts or messages? Also, it reboots itself when i am in the middle of texting, once on a call. I have had it replaced twice because of this and I'm sick of it, and lame contracts wont let me switch. What do I do?

check the software and if that doesnt work...if you return your phone at least 3 times no more than 4 your elegable for something else. make sure when you tell the rep that its all internal damage, dont tell you dropped it unless it looks that way. tell em you done every thing from *228 to on the phone for hours. say things like i dont get messages, phone powers down during a call, black or white screen when taking picture(doesnt happen all the time though). good luck
