I know I've done this before using some of the older posts, but I can't find it anymore (and I can't remember how I did it before).  So sorry for the basic Q, but I'd like to get some of the pics from my phone onto my computer.  I am connected to Bitpim, and it's recognizing my phone. (I sync it with Outlook for calendar & addresses).  But I can't find any pictures except my wallpaper pictures.  When I go to the "Media" section, I can only see the 5 wall photos.  I can't find the hundreds of other pictures and videos I have stored on my phone.  (I don't have an SD card).  What am I doing wrong?  Thank you in advance for your help!
