Black Line Across Screen...

I just got my lg Versa two days ago and I have not dropped it or anything...but I have this black line on the right hand of my screen that doesn't go away.

Is there a fix to this?

I already tried restarting it, taking out the battery, charging it...etc.
:] thank you.

p.s. it turns to a white line on black screens?

Your screen is broken. Return it to verizon asap. They should give you a new one for free. sorry that sux for you. Keep any and all accesories that came with it you only need return the phone itself and the box. that way you will get an extra charger and battery cover!
